This November, we’re honored to have Victor van Aswegen as our curator! 🌟 A gifted filmmaker based in Cape Town, Victor’s work captures the depth of the arts while also addressing significant global topics. As the only South African filmmaker with multiple films showcased at the prestigious Le Festival International du Film sur l’Art in Montreal, Canada, Victor offers a rare glimpse into the creativity of celebrated artists. His films about artists like Katja Gentric, Emma Willemse, and Strijdom van der Merwe will be featured weekly, taking us behind the scenes of their inspiring work and creative journeys.

Join us each week as we step into the world of art through Victor’s insightful lens:

• Week 1: Sculpting This Earth – Embark on a journey with land artist Strijdom van der Merwe, exploring his extraordinary art crafted within nature.
